Abstract
ABSTRACT Name : Mayang Sari Study Program/Faculty : Islamic Psychology/Psychology Title : This study aims to determine the relationship between work professionalism and the quality of public services for government employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palembang. The research subjects were 43 employees. Data collection used the work professionalism scale and the public service quality scale. This research uses correlational quantitative method with Pearson's product moment analysis. The results of the study revealed that there was a positive relationship between Work Professionalism and the Quality of Public Services for employees at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Palembang City. This is evidenced by the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.840 (p <0.01), meaning that the higher the Professionalism of Work, the higher the quality of public services.
