Abstract
The Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of BMT Asyafi'iyah National Berkah Tugumulyo The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of BMT Asyafi'iyah Berkah National Tugumulyo. This study uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 1873 customers at BMT Asyafi'iyah Berkah National Tugumulyo. Sampling in this study used the Slovin formula, in order to obtain 95 customers who were used as samples in this study. The analytical method used in this research is validity, reliability, classic assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 26 statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Between product quality and service quality, the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction of BMT Asyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional is service quality.
