Abstract
ABSTRACT Name : Muhammad Pajri Aditia Study Program : Islamic Psychology Title : Social Identity in Community Vespa Scouter Owner Group (SOG) Chapter Palembang This study aims to understand social identity in the community, namely in the Palembang Scouter Owner Group Chapter. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. In selecting subjects, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 4 adults who were actively involved in the Vespa SOG Palembang Community. The results of this study are that the four subjects that they can channel their hobbies as Vespa users because they get the right container, have high solidarity between members. The four subjects found social identity after they joined the vespa community and underwent their activities. The four subjects argued that it was the vespa vehicle that made the social identity.
