Abstract
This Study Discusses Subjective Well-Being In Honorary Nurses At Sungai Lilin Hospital. This Study Uses A Type Of Phenomenological Qualitative Research That Aims To Describe And Understand The Subjective Well-Being Of Nurses At Sungai Lilin Hospital. Methods Of Data Collection Using Interviews, Observation, And Documentation. This Study Used Three Female Subjects Who Were Married And Had A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Who Worked At Sungai Lilin Hospital As Honorary Nurses For More Than Five Years. The Results Of The Study In General Show That The Three Subjects Both Describe And Interpret Subjective WellBeing As Honorary Nurses, Namely By Making Individuals Who Can Be Useful And Help Family, Friends And Other People Who Are Sick. The Subject Also Believes That Being An Honorary Nurse Is A Form Of Worship To Allah And Is A Good Deed As A Provision For The Afterlife.
