Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between fear of missing out and social media fatigue in Journalism Study Program Students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used is quantitative correlation method. The subjects of this study were 156 students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Journalism Study Program. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were the ON-FoMO scale and the Social Media Fatigue Scale. Data analysis using product's moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 26 for Windows. The results of hypothesis testing showed a value of r= 0.658 with a sig value. 0,000 (p<0,05), so there is significant relationship between fear of missing out and social media fatigue in Journalism Study Program students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
