Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Nurul Janah NIM : 1930403036 Fakultas : Adab dan Humaniora Prodi/Tahun : Ilmu Perpustakaan/2023 Judul Skripsi : Analisis User Experience Terhadap Website Perpustakaan Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang Menggunakan Metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) xxi + 81 hlm + lampiran Perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang memerlukan website yang baik untuk melakukan penyampaian informasi maupun layanan kepada mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna saat mengakses website tersebut sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas website perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Sampel dari penelitian ini meliputi 377 responden yang didapatkan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang memiliki 6 variabel yaitu Attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, dan novelty. Dari hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas diperoleh bahwa 6 variabel beserta 26 indikatornya valid dan reliabel. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa variabel Attractiveness (mean: 1.485), perspicuity (mean: 1.395), efficiency (mean: 1.346), dependability (mean: 1.355), dan stimulation (mean: 1.392) mendapatkan nilai evaluasi yang positif, sedangkan pada variabel novelty (mean: 0.796) mendapatkan evaluasi yang netral. Sehingga diberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan variabel novelty. Dengan rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan variabel novelty menjadi lebih baik (positif) sehingga meningkatkan kualitas website Perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The sample of this study included 377 respondents who were obtained using a simple random sampling technique. This study uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method which has 6 variables namely Attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty.
