Abstract

Pengelolaan Dana Infaq merupakan mengatur/pengaturan dana infaq dilakukan melalui proses dan diatur berdasarkan urutan dari fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan/manajemen dengan demikian proses dimana tujuan yang diinginkan diwujudkan melalui aspek-aspeknya sendiri, termasuk organisasi perencanaan aktivitas dan kontrol sehingga pengelolaan dana infaq tersebut sesuai tujuannya adalah untuk kemaslahatan umat, serta untuk kebaikan bersama yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk santri maupun masyarakat luas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana infaq dan keraguan pihak yang khawatir dalam berinfaq melalui program pondok pesantren nurul hikmah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Dana Infaq Dalam Pembangunan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hikmah infaq pada setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan, tahap pengelolaanya melalui pembuatan brosur, momen muballigh/ceramah, Media sosial dana infaq di salurkan melalui langsung ke BMT dan juga Transfer kemudian tim adm melaporkan kepada pimpinan ponpes NH kemudian dilakukan tahap audit internal oleh tim audit internal lembaga pondok pesantren nurul hikmah, melalui dana infaq tersebut telah banyak alokasi berbagai keperluan sarana dan prasarana antara lain untuk pembangunan kamar asrama santri, ruang kelas 2 lantai, kamar mandi, pembuatan jalan rusak komplek pondok, pembuatan halaman beton komplek pesantren, pembuatan sumur bor permanen, bak besar untuk penampungan air, santunan musibah santri dll. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Dana Infaq, Pembangunan Management of Infaq Funds is arranging/arranging infaq funds carried out through a process and arranged based on the sequence of management/management functions, thus a process where the desired objectives are realized through its own aspects, including the organization of activity planning and control so that the management of infaq funds meets its objectives. is for the benefit of the people, as well as for the common good which can later be used for students and the wider community. The purpose of this research is to determine the management of infaq funds and doubts among parties who are worried about giving infaq through the Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the Management of Infaq Funds in the Development of the Nurul Hikmah Infaq Islamic Boarding School has increased every year, the management stage is through making brochures, preacher moments/lectures, social media, infaq funds are channeled directly to BMT and also transfers, then the admin team reports to The leadership of the NH boarding school then carried out an internal audit stage by the internal audit team of the Nurul Hikmah Islamic boarding school institution. Through the infaq funds, various facilities and infrastructure needs have been allocated, including for the construction of student dormitory rooms, 2-storey classrooms, bathrooms, construction of complex damaged roads. cottages, making concrete courtyards for Islamic boarding school complexes, making permanent drilled wells, large tanks for water storage, compensation for student disasters, etc. Keywords: Management, Infaq Funds, Development
