Abstract
This research has a background related to the application of existing business models to BMT Mitra Khazanah customers and analysis of the application of business models using the business model canvas. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of the BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang business model uses the Business Model Canvas which consists of 9 blocks, namely value propositions, channels, customer relationships, customer segments, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structures. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research. As for what is analyzed in this study are customers who use business capital financing from BMT Mitra Khazanah by involving elements in the business model canvas. The analysis technique used in this study is the business model canvas approach where the data is collected using observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of the study can be concluded that the BMT Mitra Khazanah business model has supported business operational processes properly and is in accordance with the vision and mission that has been set. The findings in this study are that BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang customers who do financing have not fully implemented the Business Model Canvas in running their business but there are already several elements of the Business Model Canvas in running their business, namely: customer relationships, channels, key resources, key partnerships, cost structures , and there are several elements that have not been implemented by traders, namely: value propositions, customer segments, revenue streams, key activities.
