Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tentang pengaruh efisiensi dan keamanan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan layanan electronic channel di Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang. Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena yang ada berkaitan dengan ke efisiensi dan keamanan pada layanan di perbankan khususnya layanan electronic channel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh nasabah Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Syariah Palembang dengan kriteria tertentu dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang memiliki kriteria nasabah yang menggunakan layanan electronic channel. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dan data utama yang digunakan adalah jawaban dari kuesioner yang disebarkan oleh peneliti. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat analisis SMARTPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Efisiensi dan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Semakin efisiensi pada layanan dan keamanan pada layanan terjamin, maka akan semakin meningkat keputusan nasabah menggunakan layanan electronic channel. Kata kunci : efisiensi, keamanan, keputusan nasabah ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the effect of efficiency and security on customer decisions to use electronic channel services at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. This research is based on existing phenomena related to efficiency and security in banking services, especially electronic channel services. The population in this study included all customers of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Branch Palembang with certain criteria and the research sample used in this study were 100 respondents who had the criteria of customers who used electronic channel services. This research method is quantitative, and the main data used are answers to questionnaires distributed by researchers. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with the SMARTPLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. The results of SEM analysis show that efficiency has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Security has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Efficiency and security have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. The more efficiency in service and security in service is guaranteed, the more customer decisions will increase using electronic channel services. Keywords : efficiency, security, customer decisions
