Abstract
In an era of increasingly fierce competition, employee performance is one of the key factors that determine the success of an organization, including in the Islamic banking sector. Effective leadership, proper motivation, and strong organizational commitment are important factors that can significantly affect employee performance. This research focuses on Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Lubuklinggau. This study aims to see how the influence of Islamic leadership, extrinsic motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Lubuklinggau totaling 34 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, namely the entire population of 34 respondents and questionnaires as a means of collecting respondent data. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program to process data obtained from questionnaires. The results showed that Islamic leadership, extrinsic motivation and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
