Abstract

PT.Tirta Musi Palembang is a company engaged in the field of service, where the company must have a system as a supporter in the existing service in PDAM. PDAM Service Information System (SIPL - PDAM) is one of the support system or media in the service available in PDAM. This information system began to run in 2008, before the system was run before in 2006 PDAM using Fox Pro application. In this study the researchers conducted an audit on SIPL PDAM where this audit uses the framework of ITIL version 3 domain service operation and service transiition. The purpose of this audit is to provide an audit result of the maturity level of the services owned and the recommendation of implementation based on the service operation and service transition guidelines. Where the results of maturity obtained in this study that is located at level 3 (defined) that the procedure has been standardized, documented, and communicated through training. However, its implementation is left to every individual, so it is most likely that irregularities can not be detected.
