Abstract
This study aims to describe the psychological well-being of the 3-4 Ulu Palembang Traditional Market Traders in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive design. The subjects in this study were 5 women. The results of this study state that the psychological well-being of the traditional market traders 3-4 Ulu Palembang as a whole the subject continues to live the day as a trader with enthusiasm and never gets tired even though in a pandemic condition and decreasing income. In addition, several factors that play a role and appear in the subject that make the five subjects feel quite good psychological well-being, namely the religiosity factor in the subject. Judging from the daily worship that makes the five subjects realize that worship is able to make themselves grateful for each line of sustenance that Allah has set so that the five subjects can take lessons and learnings during this Covid-19 pandemic. This also makes the subject's personality in general view positively on the events that occur in the five subjects so that they are able to accept any existing weaknesses. The factor that also emerged was the positive relationship established by the five subjects so as to make the subject motivated to always be passionate about trading. seen from the general perspective, fellow traders help each other and are friendly to buyers. In addition, it is also seen from the research arena, namely the conditions where the subject trades during the Covid-19 pandemic which is sufficient to comply with health protocols so that the five subjects feel quite safe in trading in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
