Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine and determine the impact of liquidity, financing risk, and inflation on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks from 2016 to 2019. The independent variables are liquidity, financing risk, and inflation, while the dependent variable is Islamic commercial bank profitability. This study's population consisted of all Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority between 2016 and 2018. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used. In this study, 10 Islamic banks from 14 Islamic banks registered with the Financial Services Authority were used as samples (OJK). The data in this study were obtained from secondary sources in the form of financial reports or annual reports of Islamic Commercial Banks from the beginning of the year beginning January 1, 2016 until the end of the year ending December 31, 2019. According to the findings of this study, liquidity and inflation have no effect on profitability at Islamic Commercial Banks between 2016 and 2019, whereas financing risk has a negative and significant effect on profitability at Islamic Commercial Banks between 2016 and 2019.
