Abstract
This study aimed to find out the students’ perceptions on the use of Google Classroom application in reading activities at SMA Negeri 1 Keluang during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study used qualitative research. One of the qualitative research designs applied in this study was case study design. Maximum variation was taken to choose the participants. Four students of SMA Negeri 1 Keluang were chosen as the participants of this study based on their low, and high achievement. In order to collect the data, face to face interview was done containing 12 items of the questions. Thematic analysis technique was used in analyzing the data. Regarding the result of this study. It was found that there were some perceptions on the use of Google Classroom discussion in reading activities, as follows: The advantages of Google Classroom there were Ease of use, and satisfying experience. For the disadvantages of Google Classroom there were internet connection and quota. Keywords: Student’s perceptions, reading, Google Classroom.
