Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the product's validity and to determine students' responses to the Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on the Problem Solving Model in Class X Redox Reaction Material. This research is part of research and development (R&D). This research development model is a 4-D development model with four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, due to a number of obstacles, only three stages of this research were completed. For data collection, expert validation was used, as well as a questionnaire with a Likert scale for student responses. This research involved one material expert lecturer, one media expert, and one linguist. The subjects in this research were students in class X science at SMA Negeri 2 Semendawai Barat, which involved 6 students in a small-scale trial and 30 students in a medium-scale trial. The results showed that the LKPD based on the problem solving model developed were very valid and feasible to use, with a percentage of material experts of 95%, media experts of 92.5%, and linguists of 90%. Meanwhile, the percentage score of students in the small-scale trial was 81.97%, and the medium scale was 91.42%. Keywords: Student Worksheet (LKPD), Problem Solving, Redox Reaction
