Abstract
Palembang Pusri Hospital has implemented a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) since 2012. SIMRS is used to support all health care business processes and administrative procedures to obtain information quickly, precisely, and accurately. During the implementation of SIMRS, there are several obstacles regarding the operational function of the system so that its use has not been running optimally. The obstacles that occur include SIMRS having features and functions that are incomplete and not in accordance with user needs, and SIMRS is not yet user friendly for its users. This study aims to evaluate the success of implementing SIMRS using the HOT-Fit model at the Palembang Pusri Hospital and to determine the influence between variables. Based on the analytical approach, this research is classified into quantitative research. This study involved 165 respondents. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM with SmartPLS tools. The results showed that the evaluation of the successful implementation of SIMRS based on user perceptions can be said to be good with a percentage of 76.1%. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the existence of the system helps users in supporting their work and the successful use of the system from the user's perception at this time is at a successful level. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in path-analysis, it is known that there are 8 relationships between variables that have a significant effect and 4 relationships that do not have a significant effect. The most significant influence is the influence of the organizational structure on the organizational environment.
