Abstract
The background of this research is that children's numeracy skills need to be developed from an early age, from the observations of researchers that there are still children who cannot count/count numbers 1-20, and the problem of children's learning outcomes about numeracy skills is because learning media related to numeracy skills are still less attractive. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of playing congklak on the ability to count in group B1 children at Kindergarten Aisyiyah 9 Palembang. This study uses the Pre-Experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design (one group of subjects). The sample used in this study amounted to 33 children. Data collection techniques in this study used tests in the form of deeds and documentation in the form of photos of research activities and application documents for accreditation of the Aisyiyah 9 Palembang Kindergarten institution. The data analysis technique used in this study used normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis in proving the hypothesis test using Software Spss 22 For Windows, obtained a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller than a significant (probability) of 0.05. In this case tcount < ttable, it means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of playing congklak on the ability to count in group B1 children at Kindergarten Aisyiyah 9 Palembang. Keywords : Congklak, Counting Ability, Kindergarten Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi kemampuan berhitung anak yang perlu dikembangkan sejak dini, dari hasil observasi peneliti melihat masih terdapat anak yang belum bisa berhitung/membilang bilangan 1-20, dan masalah hasil belajar anak tentang kemampuan berhitung disebabkan karena media pembelajaran yang berkaitan tentang kemampuan berhitung masih kurang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari bermain congklak terhadap kemampuan berhitung pada anak kelompok B1 di Tk Aisyiyah 9 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-Eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest (satu kelompok subjek). Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes berupa perbuatan dan dokumentasi berupa foto-foto kegiatan penelitian serta dokumen permohonan akreditasi lembaga Tk Aisyiyah 9 Palembang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data dalam pembuktian uji hipotesis menggunakan Sofwere Spss 22 For Windows, diperoleh taraf signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari signifikan (probabilitas) 0,05. Dalam hal ini thitung < ttabel, artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bermain congklak terhadap kemampuan berhitung pada anak kelompok B1 di Tk Aisyiyah 9 Palembang. Kata Kunci : Congklak, Kemampuan Berhitung, TK
