Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the implementation of the national standards for Higher Education Libraries dased on the regulation of the head of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2017 implemented at the Bina Darma University Library. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which the implementation of the National Standards for Higher Education Libraries is based on the Regulation of the Head of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2017 The design of this study is a qualitative approach. The data were obtained an the results of interview with informants, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that These aspects consist of collection, service, and implementation. Aspects that have not been fully implemented, are as facilities and infrastructure, personnel and budget in library management. the aspects of facilities and infrastructure, personnel, and budgets, it has have been fully implemented.In conclusion of this study is that the Bina Darma University library has not fully implemented the National Standards for Higher Education Libraries.
