Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the committee formed by the mosque management to get a share of amil zakat of 2.5% or 1/8 of the zakat assets, because the amil zakat committee assumes that their status is amil not representatives, the amil zakat committee should only ask for wages for distributing services. zakat but the wages are not taken from zakat fitrah assets but from the mosque's treasury and often muzakki pay zakat malls to the mosque zakat committee but are considered to be paying alms because the committee thinks that the assets spent on zakat malls are not proportional to the amount of muzakki's assets. He research method used in this research is field research using a qualitative approach, the data used in this study are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, while the validity of the data was carried out by source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. He results of the study said that the literacy level of zakat fitrah at the amil zakat institution was quite good but in the distribution of zakat fitrah anyone who was entitled to receive it still did not understand, it was seen that the amil zakat fitrah committee got a share of zakat fitrah even though they were actually representatives not amil. Factors that support the literacy level of zakat fitrah at the amil zakat committee of the Pasar Muaradua Oku Selatan village mosque are support from all parties (stakeholders), other supporting factors are education. The inhibiting factor for the literacy level of zakat fitrah on the committee of amil zakat mosques in the village of Pasar Muaradua, South Oku, namely advanced age. Another inhibiting factor in the literacy level of zakat fitrah is that the committee does not focus on zakat science alone. Keywords: Zakat Literacy, Amil Zakat Committee, Zakat Fitrah
