Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF THE KIBAR METHOD ON THE ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE HIJAIYAH LETTERS IN CLASS A CHILDREN AT RA FATIMAH SRIWIJAYA Hesti Febriana Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program e-mail: hestifebriana@gmail.com This study aims to explain the effect of Kibar Method on the ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters in class A at RA Fatimah Sriwijaya. This analysis uses the independent variable is Kibar Method. The dependent variable is the ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters. The sample of this research was class A at RA Fatimah Sriwijaya, which consisted of 10 children, 6 boys and 4 girls. Samples was selected using proposive sampling. Data collectionwas carried out using instrument of 3 indicators and 9 observations, items in the form of a test in the form of the score, which was then dokumented with photograps. Pre-experimental statistical method with one group pretest-posttest design, by testing normality, homogeity, dan hipotheses. The result of these calculations are obtained tcount = 15,5303 while dk = 10+10-2 = 18 wth a significant level of 0,025 so that we get ttabel = 21009. Because tcount > ttabel then Ho rejected, which mean there is an effect of the kibar method on the ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters in class A children at RA Fatimah Sriwijaya.
