Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul penerapan hak asuransi pegawai di PT. Enim Palma Abadi di tinjau dari asas-asas hukum ekonomi syariah. Masalah utama dalam skripsi adalah pada penerapan hak asuransi pegawai tetap di PT. Enim Palma Abadi. Dalam melakukan penerapan hak asuransi pegawai tetap adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting untuk di perhatikan oleh pihak perusahaan. Oleh karena itu rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, 1) Bagaimana penerapan hak asuransi pegawai PT. Enim palma abadi 2) Bagaimana penerapan hak asuransi pegawai di PT. Enim palma abadi di tinjau dari Asas-Asas Ekonomi syariah. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field research) peneliti akan mengamati dan berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam penelitian skala kecil dan mengamati tempat penelitian setempat, dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Penerapan hak asuransi kesehatan PT. Enim Palma Abadi sudah dilaksanakan terhadap pegawai sesuai dengan peraturan dalam perusahaan PT. Enim Palma Abadi. Bahwasanya PT. Enim Palma Abadi telah menerapkan setiap pegawai tetap istri dan anak yang mendapatkan asuransi kesehatan minimal 2 tahun masa kerja. 2) Ditinjau dari Asas-Asas Hukum Ekonomi Syariah lebih utama pada Asas saling bertanggung jawab, Asas kesempatan, Asas kebaikan dan Asas Keadilan dalam menarik manfaat penerapan hak asuransi kesehatan dan tolong- menolong bagi perusahaan terhadap pegawai untuk menciptakan kesejahtraan pegawai. Kata kunci : Asas Hukum Ekonomi syariah , Hak asuransi, Kesejahteraan ABSTRACT This study entitled the application of employee insurance rights at PT. Enim Palma Abadi is reviewed from the principles of sharia economic law. The main problem in the thesis is the application of permanent employee insurance rights at PT. Immortal Palm Enemy. In implementing permanent employee insurance rights is a very important thing to pay attention to by the company. Therefore the formulation of the problem in this study, 1) How is the application of PT. Enim palma eternal 2) How is the application of employee insurance rights at PT.The eternal enim palms are reviewed from the Principles of Islamic Economics. The research method uses field research. Researchers will observe and participate directly in small-scale research and observe local research sites, using primary and secondary data using data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate 1) The application of PT. Enim Palma Abadi has been carried out for employees in accordance with the regulations in PT. Immortal Palm Enemy. That PT. Enim Palma Abadi has implemented that every permanent employee, wife and child, will receive health insurance for at least 2 years of service. 2) Judging from the Principles of Sharia Economic Law, it is more important on the Principle of mutual responsibility, the Principle of opportunity, the Principle of kindness and the Principle of Justice in benefiting from the implementation of health insurance rights and helping companies to employees to create employee welfare.
