Abstract

This study aims to shape the social character of students at Yayasan Izzatuna Putri Palembang. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach method. The descriptive approach aims to describe a state or what phenomena exist. The subjects in this study amounted to 3 people. Data collection methods in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that the three subjects have strategies in shaping the character of the students and methods in memorizing the Qur'an, having motivation, finding solutions to rise from problems, viewing every incident that occurs in a positive way, and making religion an influential and important aspect of life. In addition, there are forms of support from outside and within the subject environment and build social character in students
