Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determinate the relationship between organizational commitment and activeness. The research approach used is research with correlational quantitative methods and data collection using a scale. The total population in the study was 130 members and a sample of 96 members of the Autonomus Body of Forsi Faculty of Psychology UIN Raden Fatah. The technique of determining the simple random sampling. The research instrument used is the organizational commitment scale and the activeness scale. The results of data analysis using the Pearson‟s Product Moment correlation analysis technique assisted by the SPSS version 25 application show that there is a very significant relationship between organizational commitment and activeness. This is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient, namely r = 0.778 with a sig value (p) = 0.000 where p <0.05. Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Activeness. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan keaktifan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif korelational dan pengumpulan data menggunakan skala. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 130 anggota dan sampel sebanyak 95 anggota Badan Semi Otonom Forsi Fakultas Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala komitmen organisasi dan skala keaktifan . Hasil analisis data dengan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson‟s Product Moment dibantu oleh aplikasi SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan keaktifan. Hak tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasi koefisien korelasi yaitu r= 0,778 dengan nilai sig (p)= 0,000 dimana p< 0,05. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Keaktifan
