Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) performance at the UIN Raden Fatah Faculty Library, Palembang using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service) analysis and what aspects need to be improved in this program. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a population of 33 and authors take a sample of 33, namely the managers of the UIN Raden Fatah Faculty Library, Palembang using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 5 alternative answers. The validity test uses product moment while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha with calculations using SPSS 25 for windows. The data obtained were analyzed using the mean and grand mean formulas. To measure and to conclude the results of the study using an interval scale. The results of the data analysis of all sub-variables, namely the Performance Evaluation, Information Evaluation, Economic Evaluation, Control Evaluation, Efficiency Evaluation, and Service Evaluation with a total Grand Mean value of 4,44. And this value is in the range 4,21-5,00 scale which indicates that the evaluation of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) automation system performance at the UIN Raden Fatah Faculty Library, Palembang is very good. Based on the acquisition value from the researcher can conclude the findings that the evaluation of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) automation system performance at the UIN Raden Fatah Faculty Library is categorized as very good and is able to provide an increase in the performance for Library Managers at the UIN Raden Fatah Faculty Library, Palembang in managing the library, and the results of this research show that the highest indicator in this research is the economic indicator with an interval value of 4,6 and the lowest indicator or one that needs to be improved is the performance indicator with an interval value of 4,19.
