Abstract
This thesis discusses the business conditions of the Palembang City Hijab Palace which has experienced significant business progress. To find out the development of the business, a strategy is needed by conducting research using a SWOT analysis of the Palembang City Istana Hijab Business Development. This study is a research that uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze the data that has been collected regarding the SWOT Analysis of Business Development. This research was conducted at the Istana Hijab Shop. the method used is the method of interview, observation and secondary data. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the business development strategy applied to the Istana Hijab business is in quadrant I, which means that the business conditions are in an aggressive strategy. This shows that the Istana Hijab business can use its strengths and take advantage of opportunities well. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Business Development and Hijab
