Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of hotels in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palembang. Relatively cheap prices and good facilities are one way to create consumer loyalty. The problem formulations in this study are 1). Does price affect consumer loyalty to choose lodging at Oyo Hotel Triantama Syariah Palembang? 2). Does the facility affect consumer loyalty to choose lodging at Oyo Hotel Triantama Syariah Palembang? 3). Do prices and facilities affect consumer loyalty to choose lodging at Oyo Hotel Triantama Syariah Palembang. The data collection method used in this research is by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data used in this research is to use primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are consumers at Oyo Hotel Triantama Syariah Palembang. The sample in the study was 55 people who were carried out with a sampling technique using purposive sampling based on the criteria that had been determined by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that the price variable partially has no effect on consumer loyalty with a Tcount of 1.468 < T table of 2.006. And the partial facility variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty with a value of Tcount 8.024 > Ttable 2.006. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the price and facilities variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty with a value of Fcount 95.909 > Ftable 3.17.
