Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between learning saturation and learning motivation with academic achievement in 2020 batch students of the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The subjects of this study were 122 students of class 2020 of the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The number of subjects (112 women and 10 men) with an age range of 20-23 years. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling method. This study uses quantitative research methods with multiple regression techniques, as well as data collection with a learning saturation scale and a learning motivation scale. The results of the analysis show: 1) There is a relationship between learning saturation and learning motivation with academic achievement with a significance level of 0.047 (p <0.05). 2) There is no relationship between burnout and academic achievement with a significance level of 0.187 (p>0.05). 3) There is a relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement with a significance level of 0.032 (p<0.05). This study shows that learning saturation and learning motivation together have a relationship with academic achievement. Of the two independent variables, the learning saturation variable has no relationship with academic achievement. While the learning motivation variable has a relationship with academic achievement. Literature review related to study saturation and learning motivation in students needs to be done considering that study saturation and learning motivation will have an impact on academic achievement.
