Abstract
This research aims to analyse how the elements in the story structure, such as theme, story facts, and literary means, are interconnected and form a unified whole in creating an interesting story. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the object of the novel Dzatu Faqdin. The data sources are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through reading and note-taking techniques. The results show that the structural integration in the novel Dzatu Faqdin is reflected in the close relationship between theme, plot, character, and title that complement each other in building the meaning of the story. The themes of loss, love, and despair are displayed through the experiences of the main character, Yasmin, who faces a series of sad events in her marriage. A back-and-forth plot and a language style that reinforces the emotion and depth of the narrative support this integration, conveying a message about the impact of loss and the struggle to find happiness in the midst of adversity. The mandate that can be drawn from this novel is that although life is full of trials and losses, we must still strive to survive and rise again, because determination and hope are the keys to facing the future.
