Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of customer trust and the quality of mobile banking services on customer satisfaction in transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Pasar 16 Ilir. This type of research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The population in this study were Bank Syariah Indonesia customers at KCP Palembang Pasar 16 Ilir with a total of 2,150. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests using the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that partially customer trust influences customer satisfaction and partially the quality of mobile banking services influences customer satisfaction. However, simultaneously or jointly customer trust and the quality of mobile banking services influence customer satisfaction.
