Abstract
Silayak is an academic service platform based on an information system implemented at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang to manage academic data for students, lecturers, and study programs. And provides information service features and displays data related to the list of service submissions, for example, registration letters for proposal exams and others. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the Silayak website of the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Data were collected from 386 students through a questionnaire with a 7-point Likert scale and analyzed using a score transformation from -3 to +3. The results show that most aspects such as attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and novelty received positive ratings and were in the "Above Average" category. These findings provide recommendations for improving visual appearance, navigation, and features to improve the overall quality of the user experience.
