Abstract
BKD system (lecturer performance burden) is one of the government agencies whose system and data processing is online. Currently BKD system has begun to be noticed its existence because it has become an important part in facilitating the activity of work and lecturer duties in input tridarma UIN Raden Fatah. The purpose of this research is to analyze the success of BKD system (lecturer's performance load) and test the variables affect the utilization and success of BKD system (lecturer's performance burden) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang using success analysis model Human, Organization, Technology -Net Benefit (HOT-FIT). The study used quantitative method with survey type of 170 respondents consisting of lecturers of civil servant UIN Raden Fatah. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research explain that there is no influence between Human, Organization, Technology to Net Benefit variable which means that if human, organization and technology increase then utilization will increase significantly.
