Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Belitang Panen Raya OKU Timur with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable. This study uses a quantitative research type with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Belitang harvest raya OKU Timur, the sample taken was 80 respondents using a purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The data in this study were analyzed using Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline with a THcount of 2.955> Ttable of 1.66488 and employee performance with a THcount of 3.377> TTable of 1.66515, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline with a THcount of 2.890. > TTable of 1.66488 and employee performance with a THcount of 2.483> TTable of 1.66515. Work discipline can mediate compensation and work environment on employee performance
