Abstract
Information system audit to find out how far the IT management in UMP ELearning is whether the organization has really implemented its IT governance properly, has been designed and implemented in accordance with established procedures and standards. The purpose of this research is to find the match between the statement and the criteria as well as to determine the level of information technology governance capability and provide recommendations. This study conducted an E-Learning audit using COBIT 5 domain Delivery Service and Supports. The audit results based on the findings that the UMP E-Learning is currently at level 2 (manage) with a value of 2.16. This indicates that the procedures have been managed in a planned, monitored and adjusted manner.
