Abstract
This research discusses the spiritual intelligence of Satu Bahu volunteers at Sinergi Sriwijaya Peduli institution. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach aims to seeing the description of spiritual intelligence in volunteers by using interview, observation, and documentation data collection methods. The results showed that the three subjects had a different picture of spiritual intelligence, the participation of the three subjects in the world of volunteerism made the spiritual intelligence that they had previously developed. The three subjects took lessons from what they had experienced so that it would not happen again to others, by providing assistance to those in need. And getting here, the three subjects also understand that being a volunteer is not just to fill spare time or just provide assistance to others, but more than that.
