Abstract
This research is entitled The Relationship between Teacher Learning and Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at Mutiara Qolbu Martapura Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The teacher's role is very important in determining student learning outcomes, because the teacher is a facilitator in providing services to students to make it easier for students to receive subject matter. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative research methodology using Product Moment Correlation Statistics. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between teacher learning and student learning outcomes. The population and sample of this study were students of class IVB at Mutiara Qolbu Martapura Integrated Islamic Elementary School. Data collection tools are carried out with documentation and questionnaires. Sources of data are teachers and students of class IVB. The data analysis used is normality test and Product Moment Correlation with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). From the results of the study, it was found that teacher learning affects student learning outcomes in the Affective/Attitude domain. From the results of calculations using Product Moment Correlation, it is obtained that rcount is 0.760 compared to rtable in the sample n=10, at a significance level of 5%, which is 0.632. So rcount is greater than rtable, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, that is, there is a positive/significant relationship between teacher learning and student learning outcomes in the Affective/Attitude domain. With the level of closeness between the independent variable and the dependent variable included in the strong category, namely 0.60 - 0.79. In this study, the dependent variable is teacher learning (variable X) and the independent variable is student learning outcomes in the Affective/Attitude domain (variable Y). These two variables will be looked for whether there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, before using the Product Moment Correlation formula both data must be normal, after itis proven that the two data are normal, then we can then look for the relationship between the two variables using the Product Moment Correlation. The results obtained using Excel, manuals and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) are the same, namely 0.760. It is proven that the result of rcount > rtable is 0.760 > 0.632, so the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Hypothesis Ha is a positive/significant relationship between the two variables.
