Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and organizational commitment to scout members at SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. The research approach used is quantitative research and this type of research is correlational. The number of subjects as many as 60 people. The instrument used is the scale of leadership style and organizational commitment scale. The results of data analysis using Pearson's product moment (with the help of SPSS version 25) show that there is a very significant relationship between leadership style and organizational commitment, r = 0.928 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05).
