Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between service perceptions and visitor intentions. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 6500 subjects. With the number of subjects based on Isaac and Michael's table with an error rate of 5% totaling 332 research subjects. With the sampling technique using accidental sampling. The psychological measurement tool used is a perceptual scale of service designed by researchers based on perceptual aspects according to Daryanto and an intention scale designed based on aspects of intention according to Ajzen and Fishbein. The statistical test used is the Pearson product moment correlation and using the SPSS Version 22 For Windows program. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between perceptions of service and visitor intentions as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.249 with a significance of 0.000 where p <0.05.
