Abstract
In an effort to achieve efficiency of Information System Usage Satisfaction, Bina Darma University using EUCS is quite important, especially with regard to usage satisfaction, the appropriateness ofappearance system,satisfaction system information, and others. System information is used as a product, academic service and satisfaction with the activities of Bina Darma University Palembang. System information is also used as a means of information at Bina Darma University Palembang. The use of student system information needs to be done to measure the level of user satisfaction. To measure the satisfaction level of system information users, researchers used the EUCS Doll and Torkzadeh'S model (Doll and Torkzadeh 1991). Thevariable EUCS includes five components: content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. Of the five variables known to be at a moderate level of satisfaction. From the calculation of the analysis, it was found that thevariable ease of use had a fairly high satisfaction value, namely 50.5% and thevariable accuracy had a low satisfaction value compared to the others, which was 40.7%.
