Abstract
This research is entitled, "Communication of Ojol Palembang Square (COPS) Community in Improving Solidarity". The purpose of this study is to find out how the form of communication of an Ojek Online group in the process and form a communication pattern that aims to increase solidarity between fellow members in it. As well as knowing what are the factors that make the community more solid and what are the obstacles in make that sense of solidarity grow. The theory used in this research is Group Communication proposed by Bruce Tuckman, with a study looking at the formation process and daily communication activities. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques using observation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that various things were found, starting from the process of forming a group and going through daily life as an online motorcycle taxi as well as the obstacles experienced in carrying out activities as an online motorcycle taxi driver and factors that can increase the sense of solidarity in the group. . In addition, how a group can work together to make one's personality can improve and provide positive activities for the next life.
