Abstract
ABSTRACT Analysis of Community Economic Improvement efforts through the agricultural sector in Pangkul Village in the Perspective of Islamic Economics Imam Munandar 1920602058 The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to improve the community's economy through the agricultural sector in Pangkul Village. Most of the people of Pangkul Village, Prabumulih City, who work as farmers, either as agricultural land owners or as farm laborers, also carry out strategies to survive. Working as farmers is a large part of the people of Pangkul Village, Prabumulih City, during the COVID-19 pandemic it also caused the socio-economic life of farmers to experience an impact where they only depended on their livelihood from cultivating agriculture. This study uses primary and secondary data with a qualitative approach. The analytical method used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Efforts to improve the community's economy through the agricultural sector have been fairly good based on the efforts made such as opening agricultural land for lower-income communities, capital financing to start businesses, management of profit-sharing systems to eliminate gaps, training programs to improve human resources, and assistance to facilitate community activities in agricultural production. Besides that, the efforts made are based on the principles of mutual help, fairness, mutual consent, the welfare of society, the utilization of natural resources which is a manifestation of the Islamic economy itself. In addition, to earn income in the economy such as fulfilling needs, Thus, humans and nature participate in producing values in accordance with the morals contained in the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah in their utilization so that they can achieve mutual improvement.
