Abstract
ABSTRACT Study This aim For measure influence of Human Capital and development career to performance employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. Study This using primary data with approach quantitative. Population in study This totaling 37 employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. Taking sample in study This is testing validity, reliability, testing assumption classic, and testing hypothesis with use statistical analysis IBM SPSS 24, Based on results study This show that Human Capital is not influential to performance employee. Whereas variable development career influential significant to performance employee. kindly Simultaneously, Human Capital and development variables career influential significant to performance employee. Between human capital and development dominant career influential to performance bank employee sumsel babel sharia branch palembang is development career.
