Abstract
Sexual harassment is behavior of a sexual nature that is unwanted and undesirable by the recipient or victim which results in disturbing the recipient of the harassment. Factors that cause sexual harassment are low education and economy, lack of understanding of religion, and environmental factors in the form of collecting pornographic photos and videos, as well as consuming illegal drugs such as narcotics. Adolescents who are victims of sexual harassment experience acts of coercion and threats. It is unfortunate that quite a few perpetrators of sexual harassment come from people closest to the victim, such as the victim's parents, stepfather or biological father, older siblings, uncles, neighbors and friends of the victim. This has an impact on the victim, namely the psychological impact felt by the feeling of prolonged trauma, causing the victim to limit his relationships with the opposite sex, stress, disappointment, anger and negative emotional turmoil. Getting ridiculed by neighbors and shunned by those closest to you and peers. Then they experience bruising on their wrists and ankles, changes in the way they walk, changes in body shape, they feel blisters, pain and soreness in the genital area which disrupts the victim's daily activities. However, each victim has a way of handling or coping in various ways, namely accepting the events experienced, then providing distance from the source of the problem, supported by controlling negative emotions, surrendering to Allah, focusing on planning the future, and gaining strength from people. nearest. This research aims to find out the dynamics of sexual harassment among teenagers at the Budi Perkasa Center in Palembang. This research uses qualitative methods, with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation.
