Abstract
This study aims to determine the correlation ofemployee engagement and organizational commitment case study in employees of PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Pin 1 Peninjauan. Using a correlational quantitative approach. The hypothesis proposed in this study have relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment case study in employees of PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Pin 1 Peninjauan. The research technique using sampling total. Subjects of this study were 106 employees of PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Pin 1 Peninjauan. This study uses the data analysis method used to test the research hypothesis using technique Pearson product moment. Overall statistical calculations were carried out using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study indicated have relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment to employees case study in PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Pin 1 Peninjauan with correlation coefficient (0.788) and significant value (0.000) p< 0.05 then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a positive relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment to PT employees to employees case study in PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Pin 1 Peninjauan. Thus it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis proved acceptable. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment
