Abstract

This study aims to determine how the teacher's performance in the learning process of grade 1 mathematics at SDN 24 Muara Enim, to determine student learning outcomes in grade 1 mathematics at SDN 24 Muara Enim and to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher performance and student learning outcomes at SDN 24 Muara Enim. math material for grade 1 at SDN 24 Muara Enim. This research is a quantitative correlation research with information selection procedures used are questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: In the main problem plan obtained from the results of the calculation of the variable X on teacher performance, the average value is 63. While the value of 63 is remembered for the next range (57 -63) that the details of the main problem are about how the performance teacher in learning mathematics material for grade 1 at SDN 24 Muara Enim in class in the second (medium) category. In the second problem detail, the results show a mean with a value of 77 of the Y variable on student learning outcomes. While the value of 77 for the range (74-77) which implies that the details of the second problem are in the (medium) category. In the third problem, there is a relationship between the implementation of educators and the learning outcomes of grade 1 students in mathematics at SDN 24 Muara Enim. Based on the results of calculations that have been carried out using the product moment formula, it is known that the relationship between the implementation of educators (X) and learning outcomes (Y) is 0.5296 when calculated by r table with a degree of 5% is 0.468. So based on the third problem formulation, it is obtained that rxy = 0.5296 > rt = 0.468. This means that the hypothesis proposed for "Ha: There is a relationship between variable x and variable y" is accepted and "H_0: There is no relationship between variable x and variable y" is rejected.
