Abstract

ABSTRACT One aspect that supports the learning process is learning media. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Independent School Driving Curriculum in terms of the biology learning media used and the use of learning media used by teachers and students in the learning process. The type of research used is research with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed descriptively and strengthened using Nvivo 14 in the form of wouldcloud and graphs. The respondents in this research were the Deputy Principal in the Curriculum Sector, the Deputy Principal in the Facilities and Infrastructure Sector, Biology Subject Teachers and students in classes X, XI, XII of SMA Negeri 1 Sembawa who were chosen randomly. The results of research on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Driving Schools in terms of the biology learning media used in these schools are good and adequate. This is proven by the results of observations, interviews and questionnaires that the media used at SMA Negeri 1 Sembawa is adequate, and in good condition and also the media used is varied and technology-based. The use of learning media during the teaching and learning process in terms of the results of observations, interviews and questionnaires shows that learning media has been used well. Because when studying biology, subject teachers and students already use learning media, whether they are self-made learning media or learning media provided by the school.
