Abstract

Self Regulation Learning is the ability of students to use their metacognition, motivation, and behavior actively during the learning process known as self-regulation in learning. Self-confidence affects student activity and psychology during school learning. Self-confidence is defined as a person's belief or belief in their ability to organize, perform tasks, a goal, produce something, and take action to a particular skill. High self-control and self-regulation learning will make students better able to manage various aspects of their learning experience effectively to optimal learning outcomes and reduce the likelihood of cheating. The aim of this study was to prove the relationship between self-regulation learning and student confidence against academic cheating. This study used a quantitative approach, using purposive sampling methods to determine samples using the Isaac and Mischael methods. Test assumptions and hypotheses are used to analyze the data. The results of this study The first hypothesis was raised, which states that there is no relationship between self-regulation of learning and confidence in academic cheating; The second hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship, the higher the self-regulation of learning, the higher the self-confidence. Furthermore, the third hypothesis, which states that there is a negative relationship, that the higher the academic cheating, the lower the self-regulation of learning and student confidence. Keywords: Self regulation Learning, Self Confidence, Academic Cheating, Students
