Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Wudhu Therapy on Sleep Quality in Clients of the Palembang AR-Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center. The method used is a quantitative experimental method. This research uses a pre-experimental design approach which is control One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 16 clients of the AR-Rahman Palembang Drug Rehabilitation Center with the sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out in 3 stages, namely pretest giving a scale, treatment and evaluation with a scale. This study used a sleep quality scale and provided ablution therapy. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely pre-requisite testing and hypothesis testing in the form of a t test using techniques (with the help of SPSS version 25). The research results showed that there was an effect of ablution therapy on sleep quality in clients of the Palembang AR-Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center.
