Abstract
ANALYSIS OF THE SUCCESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT MUHAMMADIYAH PALEMBANG HOSPITAL USING THE HUMAN ORGANIZATION TECHNOLOGY FIT MODEL ABSTRACT SIMRS is something that must be in hospitals to provide services to patients. However, the implementation of this system has various problems. This study involved 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the test in the path-analysis, it is known that there are 5 significant variables, namely system quality is significant to the use of the system with a value of 2.587 showing that the better the system quality, the higher the level of system use, the significant organizational environment to the organizational structure with a value of 4.694 the supporting organizational environment can increase the effectiveness of the organizational structure, the use of the system is significant to user satisfaction with The score of 4.159 shows that users are satisfied with SIMRS because the system helps with work, the use of the system is significant to the benefits with a score of 2.288 The optimal use of the system has an impact on the benefits received by users, the organizational structure that is. And there are 10 hypotheses rejected User satisfaction is not significant to benefits, information quality is not significant to user satisfaction, information quality is not significant to system use, information quality is not significant to organizational structure, service quality is not significant to user satisfaction, service quality is not significant to system use, service quality is not significant to benefits, system quality is not significant to user satisfaction, system quality is not significant to the organizational structure, and the organizational environment is not significant to the benefits. The hypothesis is rejected because the variable relationship is not strong enough to be influenced by other factors that have not been analyzed in depth, therefore this study indicates that the implementation of SIMRS still has many aspects that need to be improved so that the system can really improve the quality of service and operational efficiency of hospitals Keywords: Analysis, SIMRS, Smart PLS 3.0, Hot Fit Model
