Abstract
The rapid development of technology makes information fast and efficient. Information of technology is needed by a company in order to help the company's operations. One of the aspects which needs to be supported by technology is processing staffing data. Currently, at PT. Rambang Agro Jaya does not have a system yet that facilitates the process of filing leave, submitting salaries, services and resignation. Where data processing in this company still uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, while for data storage still uses file cabinets, this processing is still less effective and efficient in processing data and information, therefore a staffing information system will be built using the web which will facilitate the processing of personnel data. The system will be built using an object oriented method (OOP), using an extreme programming system development method and using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are personnel information systems that provide information in the form of annual balances and reports (leave, official travel, salary and resignation)
