Abstract
ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to find out how expediency, customer reviews, and Islamic business ethics influence the decision to use the OVO digital wallet service for FEBI students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This research was conducted using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study was generated from questionnaire data on respondents, while secondary data was generated from books, journals, websites and previous research. The population in this study are FEBI students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang who use OVO digital wallets. The sample in this study was taken through a purposive sampling method approach with the criteria of active students, having and still using the OVO digital wallet and making transactions more than once using the OVO digital wallet. The number of samples used in this study were 97 respondents obtained through the Slovin formula. Instrument testing techniques in this study used validity and reliability tests, then data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and r2 test . The results of the study show that the benefit has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the OVO digital wallet service for FEBI students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The customer review variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the OVO digital wallet service for FEBI students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The Islamic business ethics variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the OVO digital wallet service for FEBI students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Simultaneously the results of the study prove that the variables of Utilization, Customer Reviews , and Islamic Business Ethics have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Use in FEBI Students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Keywords: Benefits, Customer Reviews, Islamic Business Ethics, and Decisions to Use
